Our Hot and Spicy mix takes the base of our Original flavor and adds Cayenne and Red Pepper to it . After 18 hours of marinade with USDA Top Round Beef this flavor will be sweet at first and will gently leave you with a peppery taste. The texture is like that of the old school jerky which will make you chew and won't fall apart when you look at it. It's been described as not too hot and not too spicy but is more intense than our Original flavor.
